Operational Teams

Whether it be Scaffolding, Demolition or mobile plant, all of our operatives hold Certification for work undertaken. Our teams hold over 100 years experience and we ensure our workers are fully trained and hold a relevant CSCS card. We aim to hire locally near to site to ensure that money goes back into the community, not just in Kent but all over London and the South East.

Safety of our operatives is of highest-importance to us so we ensure full PPE is worn and Toolbox Talks take place on a weekly basis to keep operatives up to date on site-specific hazards.

Our apprenticeships begin in our Dover yard and over the course of 4 years are the apprentices are trained to become fully qualified Part 1 and Part 2 Scaffolders. In a mixture of on-site and college-based learning the apprentices learn everything they need to know and a full-time position is offered at the end of the apprenticeship.
